SECURITY OFFICERS OJT, I & II's:Qualifications:
- Applicant must be 18 years of age.
- Have a valid Wisconsin Drivers License.
- Have a valid Wisconsin Security Permit or be able to pass a background check and eligible to apply for a Security Permit from the Wisconsin Department of Regulations & Licensing and pass a C.I.B. & F.B.I. background check.
- Possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must possess the willingness to complete training courses offered and be trained in the security intervention techniques and use such training with proficiency.
- Applicant enrolled or have completed any criminal justice programs are welcomed to apply. Many Law Enforcement Agencies recruit directly from our agency.
- Ability to handle confidential information, possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others.
Physical Demands:
- Occasionally exert 50 pounds of force and frequently exert 20-40 pounds of force.
- Constant movement within the work environment, including walking or standing for extended periods of time.
- Be able to work in all types of weather conditions and various work place environments.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS:
- Full & Part-Time positions involving 8 - 40 hours per week.
